Barry has extensive experience over the past 30 years in Senior Engineering Management, Marketing, Business Development and Chief Executive roles for Telecommunications Carriers, Service Providers and state of the art Equipment Manufacturers and Suppliers, both in Australia and overseas.

His experience has been gained predominantly in the areas of Voice and Data Communications, Trunked & Private Mobile Radio (including a broad range of analogue and digital systems, Point to Point, Multi-point & Broadband), Cellular Telephone Networks (Analogue & GSM) and in the introduction and establishment of new generation Satellite Communications.

Barry is an experienced Engineering and Management Consultant who has had his own consultancy practice as well as having been engaged on contract by some of the worlds leading multi-national consulting groups in Business Development, Engineering Management and Telecommunications Consultancy.

He has also lectured in Telecommunications at Auckland University in New Zealand, and delivered many conference papers on a variety of technologies at venues throughout the world.

Barry holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from UTS, a Diploma Marketing and Sales Management, Williams Business College and is a Member Australian Institute of Company Directors
