As the new EvDO RevA systems are launched, understanding and comparing throughput performance against existing EvDO Rev0 and other 3G technologies deployed by competitors will be key to ensuring best-in-class Quality of Service. Data throughput measurements on EvDO RevA is supported in Comarco’s whole family of drive test tools, from the compact, optimization-focused Solo to the industry-leading Multi.

Fault Analysis and Layer 1-3 Decoding
Measurements from all layers of the EvDO Rev A network that supported the call from the physical layer to the transmission and error correction layers to the over the air Layer 3 messaging are logged and decoded in real time to allow for root cause analysis and efficient fault resolution of degraded performance.
