NetEyes eliminates most of your dropped calls and poor call quality clusters over the roads: much lower effort with much better results.
NetEyes provides accurate mapping and circumstances of all clusters of dropped calls, poor call quality and 3G switching on the roads.
This enables carriers to isolate each cluster of problems from the huge data stream of cell sector statistics and drive test, analyze the cause for each cluster and find a solution.
Many of these clusters can be eliminated immediately simply by changing network parameters.

A good wireless network will have in average 1000 dropped calls per cell/sector each month. Can these be eliminated?
The Problem - Dropped calls statistics at a specific cell sector are slightly increasing, you are getting complains from customers.
- So you decide to look deeper into it but there is no clue about the reason for the problem or how to solve it.
- You send drive tests over the area, but there is still not a clue about the nature of the new problem and its impact.
The Solution
Stage 1 Identifying Each Problem and Measuring its Impact - NetEyes tracks all information at the A interface, identify the repeating patterns that lead to a network problem and cluster similar patterns to identify the chronic problems.
- This enables the RF engineer to filter out the sporadic problems, sort the chronic problems by importance and focus on solving them.
Stage 2 Solving Each Cluster of Problems - NetEyes provides the circumstances and the required parameters for all clusters of dropped calls, poor call quality and 3G switching events on the roads.
- This enables the RF engineer to isolate each cluster of problems, analyze its root cause and find a solution, without diving into the huge data stream of cell sector statistics and test drives.
- Many of these clusters can be immediately eliminated, simply by changing network parameters.
NetEyes System
Eliminating most of your dropped call and poor call quality clusters on the roads. NetEyes utilises its pattern matching analysis over cellular signaling data to find clusters of similar problematic events on the roads, using all the subscribers as test drivers. These clusters are sorted according to their size and significance, and each cluster is analysed to detect its location and the major root cause/s for its problem. This enables the operator to decide on the required changes and implement them, utilising standard tools such as prediction tool and test drives (when needed). NetEyes then monitors the network to verify that the clusters were eliminated and no new problem occurred. If needed, fine-tuning is conducted and performance is validated again.
