Training Seminars
TeleResources conducts regular training courses on EDX software. These courses are conducted at our Sydney office, or by arrangement on site at a customer premises. All attendees will receive a comprehensive manual inclusive of workshop exercises. Numbers on these courses are restricted to ensure that each attendee receives individual attention.
An excellent course. The exercises and examples were able to be massaged to utilise our data. This gave meaning to the training. We were very happy with the trainer and the follow-up support.

In-House Training
Please note that course dates are provisional until confirmed, and are open to changes and negotiation. A minimum of three persons are required to conduct a session.
Client Premises Training
Training can also be held at client premises, by arrangement only:- Cost: $5,500 (+ GST) for up to 5 trainees
- Additional $1,200 per person for 6 and more attendees, no more than 8
- Client is also responsible for trainer expenses - flights, accommodation etc
- Client must provide a suitable training room with a data projector, preferably with additional computers for trainee use.
- Cost includes as many training licenses as will be required.
