The position will report to the Operations Manger and will carry direct responsibility for our engineering team involved in leading edge 3G and WiMAX deployments. It is expected that the successful candidate will posses superior presentation skills with the capacity to market and deliver complex software systems.

Candidates should have a minimum of five years experience working in the mobile communications field for either a major vendor or an operator. Experience with radio planning tools and network optimisation processes will be highly regarded. Previous marketing experience in the preparation of proposals and writing of reports is essential along with a high order of verbal and written communication. The candidate must have the capacity to represent the company in private and public forums.

The successful candidate must possess the personal qualities to motivate and direct a team of consultants to achieve on time and on budget delivery of projects. He or she should be equally comfortable talking with the CEO of a client as with its engineering specialist. An innovative and entrepreneurial approach to opportunities will be encouraged and self-motivation will be expected.

TeleResources is currently engaged in a diverse range of projects spanning the deployment of tools for network design, test and optimisation as well as new multimedia services. These projects are underway both in and out of Australia.
