mBOSS SLM allows operators to pro-actively improve the quality of service experience by the most important customers (VIPs). VIP customers may either be high ARPU customers or decision makers.
mBOSS SLM is a solution to administrate the database of VIPs, to detect service degradations affecting VIPs, and a solution to visualise and analyse the effects of service degradation on VIPs.
SLM operator users
There are three main target groups of the CellVision mBOSS SLM solution:

- Manually adding/removing cells from the cell list of a VIP
- Listing and visualisation of footprint cells and coverage area
