NetEyes - Wireless Network Optimization
TeleResources represents Cellint and its unique location mapping approach to improving mobile network quality of service. NetEyes uses Cellint's proprietary pattern matching algorithms to correlate sequences of signalling data to identify clusters of problems within the network. Problems such as dropped calls and low call quality can be located to within 50 metres turning RF optimisation from trial and error into a focused and structured engineering task.
Today due to the inadequate location accuracy of network events from cell/sector reports, specific problems are difficult to identify and isolate a cause. Many of the factors that influence network performance change frequently and can't be observed by sporadic test drives.

Moreover these drives are expensive in terms of the equipment employed and the resources need to collect and analyse the results.
NetEyes provides the solution as it can be deployed as as an investigative tool area by area to identify problems. NetEyes extracts the exact location of all active subscribers on roads without loading the cellular network in any way. NetEyes reports all problematic points for the entire network, which together with call flow data enables operators to quickly and accurately fine-tune RF and swtiching parameters for optimal performance.
After corrective action has been taken the impact of the changes can be immediately validated ensuring that no additional problems have been created.
