TeleResources represents Cellint and its unique location mapping approach to improving mobile network quality of service. NetEyes™ uses Cellint's proprietary pattern matching algorithms to correlate sequences of signalling data to identify clusters of problems within the network. Problems such as dropped calls and low call quality can be located to within 50 metres turning RF optimisation from trial and error into a focused and structured engineering task.

NetEyes™ extracts the exact location of all active subscribers on roads without loading the cellular network in any way. NetEyes™ reports all problematic points for the entire network, which together with call flow data enables operators to quickly and accurately fine-tune RF and swtiching parameters for optimal performance.

After corrective action has been taken the impact of the changes can be immediately validated ensuring that no additional problems have been created.
